The eCadre Training Programme is designed to equip learners with practical ICT skills to effectively support the integration of technology in schools. Participants gain experience in managing basic hardware and software issues, assisting teachers and students in digital classrooms, and facilitating access to eLearning resources. The programme also emphasises problem-solving, digital literacy, and professional conduct, ensuring that trainees are capable of contributing to a technology-enhanced learning environment. By combining technical skills with practical application, the training prepares assistants to play a key role in modern educational settings.

- File Management and Typing Skills
- Microsoft Word – Basics
- Microsoft Word – Practical Use in Schools
- Microsoft Word – Templates and Forms
- Microsoft Excel – Basics
- Microsoft Excel – Class Lists and Tables
- Microsoft Excel – Using Excel for Marks
- Working Between Word & Excel + Admin Skills
- IT Skills Assessment & Simulation
Phase 2:
Focused development in:
CV Writing & Interview Prep – Build a strong CV and practice answering common interview questions Professional Conduct – Learn workplace ethics, dress code, and communication etiquette. Time & Project Management – Manage daily tasks, meet deadlines, and work in teams. Teamwork & Leadership – Understand roles, take initiative, and collaborate effectively Confidence & Career Planning – Set personal goals and explore future opportunities.Duration: 4 Weeks
